At first I thought it was just some inconsiderate guest but then I heard the vacuum going for the last 10 minutes or so. For some reason they kept moving things around, knocking other items over, and flushing the toilet about a dozen times (which sounded like a small explosions for some reason). What pushed me over the edge was the midnight housecleaning of the room above me. I usually don't care too much about a hotel when on business because not too much time is spent in it or it just doesnt matter because its work, but I've stayed in much 'less desirable' hotel chains and had better experiences. The Mat Franco Theatre was perfect for the show he does (and the show is absolutely worth it!) Yes the view was not great, and the check in experience (with the kiosks) did not go well, but all the employee encounters I had were great (especially the lady helping at the check in kiosks at 4pm on March 18, 2023- unfortunately I forgot her name ☹️) I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a great location central to the strip, a good bed and shower, and friendly staff… that’s what it’s all about right? More Show less The restaurants and the Promenade where all good from what I experienced. Appreciate that the rooms are all non-smoking. My room had a fridge but my friends fridge was missing. The room was clean as was the bathroom- and it was well stocked. Wow, what a renovation must have happened! The room was basic but very good. The hotel is dated and turns out I stayed there when it was the Imperial Palace. Took a chance on booing the Linq as part of a package deal, and glad I did.
